Privacy Policy

Last updated August 10, 2026

The Boardroom Collective is a private program of Entrepreneur Power Network (EPN). This policy describes what we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because our practice is simple: we collect what we need to evaluate and serve members, and nothing more.

What we collect

When you request a seat, we collect the information you provide in the application: your name, email address, phone number, company, website, role, annual revenue range, years in business, your Ultimate Question, and how you heard about the Collective.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

Application information is used for one purpose: to evaluate your candidacy for membership and to contact you about it, including scheduling the chairman interview.

If you become a member, your information is used to administer your membership. If you do not, we may contact you about the Collective unless you ask us not to.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with other members or with third parties for their own marketing.

Confidentiality is the first rule of our boardrooms, and we apply the same standard to your application.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and process applications, such as website hosting and email delivery. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep application information for as long as it is relevant to a current or future candidacy. You may ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct, update, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to us at the address below. We will honor the request promptly.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new date. Material changes will be noted plainly.
