The Program
A working board, not an audience.
The Boardroom Collective is the first tier of the house. It is where every member begins, and it is built to run like a true board of directors for your business.
The Structure
Ten to twelve seats. No spectators.
Each board holds 10 to 12 owners, vetted for stage, non-competing by design, and matched so every voice in the room understands your numbers.
Boards meet monthly for a 2.5-hour virtual board meeting run by a trained facilitator. Twice a year, the full membership gathers for a 2-day national intensive.
Every member is guaranteed a minimum of two hot seats per year. Most receive more. None receive fewer.
The Monthly Agenda
- 01
Wins
Each member reports the result that mattered most since the last meeting.
- 02
Accountability Review
Last month's written commitments are read back and answered for.
- 03
Two Hot Seats
Two members take the board's full attention, one problem at a time.
- 04
Commitments
Every member states what they will do before the next meeting. It is written down.
The Hot Seat Protocol
Five steps. One resolved problem.
- 1
The Ultimate Question
The member in the seat states the single question that matters most to their business right now.
- 2
Diagnosis
The board asks questions until the real problem is on the table. Not the symptom. The problem.
- 3
Experience Round
Members speak from what they have done, not what they think. Experience over opinion.
- 4
Action Plan
The member selects the moves they will make, drawn from the board's experience.
- 5
Who-What-When
The plan becomes named commitments with owners and dates, recorded in the accountability system.
Membership Standards
The room is only as strong as its weakest seat.
- Minimum $250K verified annual revenue
- Owner or controlling operator
- Two or more years in business
- Application plus chairman interview
- Signed confidentiality agreement before the first meeting
The Investment
$12,000 per year.
Membership is $12,000 per year and includes every board meeting, both national intensives, the accountability system, and facilitator access between meetings.
Founding members lock their rate for as long as they remain in good standing. The founding rate will not be offered again.
Rules of the Room
Total confidentiality
What is said in the boardroom stays in the boardroom, backed by a signed agreement.
Experience over opinion
Members advise from what they have done, not from what they suppose.
No selling to the board
Your seat is for counsel, not for prospecting. Ever.
The chairman enforces the format
The agenda holds because someone holds it. That someone is the chairman.
